MAINTENANCE of electrical dot peen marking machine

1. The X and Y axis linear guides should be kept clean, and no dust or iron shavings are allowed to remain on them.

2. Initial use of the marking machine requires regular maintenance of the needle. Each marking is about 200 characters and needs to be cleaned and maintained once. Repeat 3-5 times to complete the run-in.

3. After the running-in period, clean and refuel once every month.

4. Cleaning method: Unscrew the needle part, do not move other parts, remove the needle tube and add the lubricating oil. After pulling down the needle core for many times, pour out the oil residue material inside, and repeatedly clean it to no oil residue.
